Our Type 2 apartments consist of a living room with a fully equipped built-in kitchen featuring an egg cooker, filter coffee maker, pod coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, plenty of dishes and silverware, salt and pepper, sugar, dish towels, and much more. Upon arrival, you’ll also find a variety of beverages in the refrigerator, which you’re welcome to enjoy for a fee.The living room features a desk, a cozy sofa set that can also be used as 2 extra beds, a large flat-screen TV, and a multimedia system that allows you to play CDs and DVDs. We’d also be happy to lend you a DVD about the beautiful island of Rügen.
In addition, there is a spacious bedroom with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), two nightstands, a large wardrobe, and a dressing table. A bathroom with a shower is available. We provide a hair dryer, hand soap, and toilet paper for you. Bed linens and towels are already included in the price.
And thanks to the huge floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room, you’ll enjoy a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea.

and the passing ships, as well as Sassnitz Harbor, which naturally invites you to take a stroll.
From there, you can access Europe’s longest outer breakwater.

Our house is located right in front of Sassnitz’s old town. Here you can enjoy peace and relaxation.
Since Villa Feodora is situated directly on the high cliff, you’ll have a breathtaking view of the Baltic Sea. From here, it’s just a 10-minute walk to the Sassnitz harbor. There, you can enjoy fresh fish at numerous restaurants or simply watch the fishermen and their boats as they go about their daily work.
Sassnitz is very centrally located. From here, you can reach many of the attractions Rügen has to offer. For example, the treetop trail in Prora, about 13 km away, or Karl Erdbeerdorf in Zirkow, about 23 km away.
Jasmund National Park is just a 10-minute walk from us. From there, you can either hike the popular trail through the forest (about 9 km) or drive about 11 km to the famous Königsstuhl.
