About this apartment rental
The cozy vacation apartment “Kleine Antje” is located on a quiet side street in Burhave, yet it’s still very central—shops, a bakery, and restaurants are just a few steps away.
The apartment is located on the first floor of the “Windrose” guesthouse and can accommodate up to 4 guests. The heart of the apartment is the spacious and comfortably furnished open-concept living/dining/kitchen area, featuring a modern leather couch and a welcoming dining table. This is the perfect place to spend cozy moments with your loved ones!
When the weather is nice, the south-facing loggia invites you to relax; it is, of course, fully furnished. The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating in all rooms.
The kitchen features all standard appliances, including a microwave and dishwasher, and is otherwise fully equipped with everything you need to make your vacation the best time of the year.
For restful nights, two bedrooms are available in the converted attic, one of which is a walk-through room. The large bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, while the (walk-through) bedroom has two single beds. All sleeping areas can be completely darkened using roller shutters and blinds.
The vacation complex has reliable, high-speed Wi-Fi.
For a spa-like experience during your vacation, there is a swimming pool—which can be used free of charge when open and available—as well as a sauna (for a fee). Guests also have access to a lounge (fireplace room) and a room with a ping-pong table.
The park-like outdoor area features several seating areas and barbecue spots, as well as a children’s playground.
The apartment includes a private parking space directly next to the house (marked W4).
In addition to the room rate, the following costs apply (as of 2026):
- a one-time fee of 70,- € for final cleaning,
- 2.50 € per person per night for utilities,
Additionally, a guest tax (“Kurtaxe”) must be paid to the municipality of Butjadingen.
Please pay all additional fees before arrival, either by bank transfer or via PayPal. You will find the necessary details in your booking confirmation after booking.
Bed linens and towels can be added to your booking for a fee and will be provided upon arrival.
Key pickup is conveniently handled via a key safe at the property.
