• All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
• No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). A little outdated. Check in needs clearer instructions. Tells you where to get key, but not which door key is for. Says return parking pass but not where to get the parking pass. Says two cars can park but only gives you one pass. Need instructions how to lock the door if you leave. Internet never worked. Was a great place to hang out in between meetings.

The property was clean. The location is the type we like. close to resort and trails, many nice day trip destinations within driving distance. Overall the stay was great. The check-in instruction could be more specific, such as more details on how to get the key of main building gate/door, and how to open and lock the unit door, the best GPS location and parking space. The unit is running by a big property company, hard to get directly help when you need. No wifi-network or provided with incorrect information. Light and vent of the 1st floor bathroom was out .
