Condo Centrally Located- Mountain Side

Perfect for the weekend stay! Clean, convenient and quiet!

Great location! The main building is a little run down but when you entire the condo it is very cozy! Clean, stocked kitchen and a fire place to warm up after the slopes. I recommend this property for families or adults wanting to be close to town.

The place satisfied our needs. Kitchen worked well. Beds were comfy (though two were a bit squeaky). Furnishings felt a bit like a college apartment, but worked fine. While the interior of the condo was clean, the deck off the living space was a mess. Floor of the deck was filthy as was the table outside. A broken screen door was off to the side. The deck sliding door would not lock and there was no stick to put in It for security. The door also slid very hard. The shower had nice pressure.

There were a number of things our family really liked about this property. The location is great, the beds and linens were clean and very comfortable, there were lots of clean towels, and the apartment was very well stocked with supplies. As much as we loved those things we were not able to fully enjoy our stay as the place was quite dirty. It almost seemed like the cleaner came and did the beds and towels, then left for lunch and forgot to return! The bedroom floors had quite a bit of hair, dust, nail clippings, and footprints of bare feet. There was also a dark brown sticky substance beside one of the beds that looked like a coffee spill. The bathroom floor had a crazy amount of hair on it and the underside of the toilet seat was splattered with feces. In the kitchen, the garbage had been left 3/4 full and the microwave was full of spatter both inside and out. Upon our arrival, we swept up the nail clippings and dust from the bedrooms and found some bleach cleaner to clean the toilet. For the $100 cleaning fee that is charged, I feel like we should not have had to clean up after a long day of travel. Lots of potential for this place, but need to get the cleaning crew up to speed!
