The outdoor area is a show-stopper, with a fire-pit, private hot tub, a covered dining area with a gas grill, and plenty of seating. Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.
- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.
In order to comply with the above ordinance and ensure guest safety, this property is outfitted with security cameras. The areas monitored by camera are the front porch, driveway, and fenceline. There are no cameras anywhere inside the home.

Great location! Very cute smaller house that is very well laid out to optimize its space Fantastic outdoor areas to enjoy your coffee in the morning and wine at night

Clean & nicely decorated house in a quiet neighborhood. Outdoor space looks like it would be fun to hangout, but we couldn't take advantage due to the weather.
Owner responded promptly to thermostat & minor plumbing issue.
We would stay again.

Cute property. Backyard was cute but not clean. Couldve hosed off outdoor furinture. Hot tub was full of chemicals. AC unit was very loud.
