- Full kitchen with Classic by Unique brand stove/oven and fridge plus microwave, blender, toaster, kettle and all cookware provided! (no dishwasher)
- Regular coffee maker; coffee, cream and sugar are provided!
- Living room with electric fireplace and a Smart TV + Monopoly for some extra fun
Large & spacious backyard that includes the following:
- Private Hot tub
- Private cowboy pool with a fun elevated deck surrounding it. The Cowboy pool can be heated.

Notes:
- The outdoor back garage/storage is not available to guests.
- The locked door inside the home is not accessible to guests, as it leads to an office space that the homeowners only use when the property is vacant. It is not in use while the home is occupied or booked.
- This property is suitable for children/infants. Please know, the house is not child-proofed.
- This property is not pet friendly.

- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments.

- Security Cameras: there are 4 total. Three of the cameras face the both driveways and the garage/storage area. One in the front; Ring camera faces the front of the home.

Really cute property and great location. We weren’t able to use the pool and hot tub much as there were too many mosquitoes, but the backyard is really cute. Would recommend.

My friend and I stayed here for a little girls weekend in Fredericksburg! The place had everything we needed and was so cute! The backyard was awesome with a pool, sitting areas, and hot tub. Beds were super comfortable. The road noise was a little loud in one of the rooms, but the host provided white noise machines which blocked it out. We were close to town and to restaurants and grocerystores. Also was very nice to have a covered patio since it poured rain when we were getting packed up to leave.
