Take a drive and explore the wineries or walk around downtown Main Street and enjoy restaurants, shops, museums, parks, wine tasting, and much more!

Our home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood at the base of Cross Mountain. Our modernized ranch style home has everything you need for a short trip or long vacation. Our home boasts an open floor plan with large living spaces. The kitchen is clean, spacious, fully stocked, and ready to entertain. Our dining area offers a charming place to have a meal or play card games with family and friends. Enjoy our original wood burning stove located in the dining room. However, wood burning stove is not in use. Unwind on our large deep seated sectional with a movie after a day on the town. Our expansive outdoor area offers a full dining set, Adirondack chairs and hammock for relaxing and conversations. Our 3 bedrooms are fitted with comfortable mattresses and clean, fresh linens. We have a king sized bed in two of the bedrooms and two twin XL beds in the third bedroom. We have a dedicated desk/workspace as well. Each bedroom has a television with Fire TV online streaming services. Our two bathrooms offer modern vanities and full showers. We also offer a two car garage and access to a laundry room with washer and dryer. Our minimalist design with our added Texas charm is sure to give you a comfortable, clean stay. We cannot wait to host you!

The house was wonderful! It was very clean, the ac worked great, it was well stocked, and the beds were VERY comfortable!!! We also loved having a garage and the remote controls for the ceiling fans and lights were a nice touch. Awesome place, highly recommend……again, the beds were fabulous!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The home was incredibly comfortable throughout. The living room was cozy and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring, and the beds were some of the most comfortable we’ve ever had in a rental. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook meals, which made dining in easy and enjoyable. The location was also great—very convenient to the center of town, which made getting around super easy. One of our favorite features was the backyard—spacious, peaceful, and a great place to unwind. The rest of the house was very nice and clearly well maintained. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return!

Overall experience was 5 stars, Jeff was an amazing host! Very responsive prior to my check in, checked on me after my arrival to make sure I was getting settled in. Home is amazing, i instantly felt at home, everything is easy to locate in home, the lay out is outstanding. I did enjoy that I could park in the garage and shut the garage door behind me walk into home through the kitchen, this was a HUGE plus for me as I traveled alone. It just made me feel very safe while I unloaded my vehicle and put everything inside and then again when I got ready to leave. will definitely be booking again on my next trip to Fredericksburg.

We had an amazing weekend getaway with friends at this beautiful modern ranch-style home. The house was clean, spacious, and well kept, and we especially loved the stylish rooms and the cozy patio, perfect for relaxing. To top it off, the host left a bottle of wine for us upon arrival, which was such a thoughtful touch! I can't say enough about this house. I have stayed in Fredericksburg many times both in other rentals and in hotels/resorts. This home rates in the top 2-3! The interior is beautiful; simple yet very comfortable. It's located only about 1/2 mile further from Main Street than I normally stay but was so peaceful as a result. The outdoor area is beautiful as well. I would gladly stay here again.

This house was perfect for our group! Five of us slept comfortably and this house has everything you would need in the kitchen and bathrooms. We needed batteries for one of the remotes and I messaged the owner and searched the kitchen drawers for some and found them. The owners were great with communication the day before and the day of check in! We were a 5 minute drive from downtown and quite honestly if you are a walker, you could easliy walk to town. My family stayed at the Ranch Haus while in town for a funeral. The location was easy to find and also very close to Main St. The house is tastefully remodeled. The kitchen/dining area is very large and the two bathrooms are extremely nice. All the linens and towels are high quality. The host responded to all my questions in a short time. The property has a large back yard with a great sitting area with pvc high quality furniture. There is also a great front yard sitting area to catch the sunset. There is on-site parking which kept our cars off the street. I definitely recommend this VRBO property.
