Wind down in the welcoming living area after a refreshing splash in the community outdoor pool and stream your favorite shows and movies on the smart TV. High-speed WiFi is available to make streaming and staying connected with your folks back home easier. Whip up delicious homemade meals and treats for the group in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with all the major appliances needed. On this floor, you will encounter the primary suite with a smart TV, a walk-in closet, and an en suite bathroom. Upstairs, you will find two additional bedrooms. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
