About this house rental
HERE you will find yourself to be at the center of the magical and enchanting fun capital of Florida with its endless list of attractions, restaurants, and family activities with all the major amusement parks just minutes away.
Interior recently painted, laminate flooring, porcelain tiled baths, beds and mattresses also recently replaced. The majority of other furnishings have also been replaced including NEW Refrigerator, New Range with built in Air Fryer and NEW front loading Washer and Dryer. Modern LED HDTV’s in all bedrooms and a large HDTV in the Living room with 250 channels of news, sports and entertainment at your fingertips. A Bluray/DVD player is also provided.
The townhouse is provided with linens, towels, hair dryers, iron, ironing board, kitchen utensils (pots/pans/dishes/cutlery), toaster, coffeemaker, blender, kettle, etc.
There are no nickel and dime extras to be imposed upon your stay. Resort facility use is FREE, Television is FREE, Telephone service throughout the United States and Canada is FREE. Wireless Internet service is FREE. Parking is FREE.
The Resort offers a huge beautiful swimming pool (heated), a hot tub, a play area for children including a new Splash Pad, tennis, basketball, beach volleyball and bocce ball courts. There is a small lake for fishing. The Clubhouse has a gym, a games arcade and pool tables. Security guards on duty 24/7 at this beautiful gated community!

Wes was very helpful and kind when we needed to connect. The people we met at the pool were welcoming and fun. The property offered great kitchen utensils and cookware. The property outside was nicely groomed. An overall lovely time

Wes was able to provide an early check in which helped us as we had an early flight in. Getting into the townhouse was a breeze. A few hiccups with cleanliness that we independently resolved although we did email with Wes to inform him. Resort was quiet and suited our needs.

Wes was very communicative and responded when I had questions or needed anything. The property was nice and clean and suitable for my family of 6. The amenities at the townhomes are great as well. They have a tiki bar, pool, hot tub, spray park and regular park for children. They also have basket ball and a gym which I did not utilize but should have! Lol! I will definitely stay again next time we visit Florida!

Wes is an exceptionally friendly host and has thought of everything in this rental -- cooking supplies, pool toys, even a Christmas tree! The property was just as described and comfortable for our family of 6. The pool and clubhouse was great; they have rental equipment for fishing on the lake as well. The property is approximately 15 minutes away from the Magic Kingdom parking lot and 25 minutes from Universal. Also very close to many major shopping centers and Old Town (which I love visiting). That said, I was a bit stressed about the lack of child-proofing throughout the unit. Tons of cleaning chemicals were at ground level, so I moved them out of reach of my toddler. There were also pills easily accessible (presumably) from a previous renter. The doors were super creaky but I purchased some WD-40 and it worked magic. Again, nothing that would reduce my rating, but still things that give me pause.
