TRASH DISPOSAL Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home.
EARLY CHECK-IN OR LATE CHECK-OUT When available an early check-in anytime after 10AM or late check-out up to 2PM will have a 50% of daily charge fee.

My family and I had such an amazing trip to FL! This location was big enough to give us each a little space by ourselves but to be able to hang out together and not feel cramped.
The beds were comfortable, we loved the amenities with the property as well. The pool was clean, everyone was respectful when they were using it and the bar by the pool had a great happy hour.
We would absolutely recommend this place to stay....especially with families!

The property is beautiful and there's a gator in the lake that was cool to see. The pool and splash pad were a lot of fun. Location was nice not to far from anything Disney.

I'm going to be as objective as I can and stick to the facts. Note that we are originally from Orlando and have stayed at this property (not this unit) 2 times prior.
The good:
-property is clean
-bed was comfortable
-pack and play for our baby was super convenient
-the property itself is well guarded
-pool is great along with all other amenities
-Sams Club right across the street which is awesome!
-close to all parks and attractions
The bad:
-furniture is old and terrible (worst sofa I've ever sat on).
-the only "updating" done to this unit was appliances, counters, paint and flooring
-electrical outlets in kitchen do not work (reset the GFI and nothing)
-shower heads look and perform like they are from the 80s
-3 days into our vacation, the hot water heater over flowed and flooded the kitchen and master bath. We used all of our towels to keep the water from spreading and cleaned up as much as we could (on vacation). We went out for dinner and came back at 9pm to plumbers in the unit trying to fix the tank. Plumber told me that he couldn't fix the valve because he didn't have the right parts. He said he would come back Saturday after we checked out.
-2 days later the hot water tank over flowed again and flooded the unit worse. We spent our last day of vacation dealing with the rental company and waiting for people to come and clean and bring us new towels so we could shower.
-MOLD around hot water tank (I have pics of all)
Compensation for inconvenience was $60.99
