About this house rental
Experience historic charm in this spacious four-bedroom apartment located in Uptown, New Orleans. Featuring tall ceilings, century-old hardwood floors, and ample natural light, the apartment offers a cozy retreat. Enjoy stainless steel appliances, King Beds & tv's in every bedroom, and free street parking. This home is one of three units in a historic triplex that takes up half of the building. Please reach out for availability to rent the other two apartments.
Home sleeps up to 10 guests, please reach out for additional guest as there is a additional charge after 4 guests and to make sure that we provide the correct amount of linens and amenities for your guests.
Air-mattresses, pack and play crib, and high chairs available upon requests.
Exterior Surveillance and entry gate for your safety.
Next to the post office on a busy street, but parking tends to be very easy. Parking is free along the street
Indoor smoking is not permitted and a $500 penalty will be the result of indoor smoking. Outdoor smoking is permitted, but please keep all doors closed while smoking outdoors to avoid penalty.
There are two washer and dryers and fast wifi. Wifi is google nest wifi and all wifi points must remain plugged in at all time as they provide internet to the the other units.
Keyless entry with a smart lock and smart thermostat.
Due to city regulations, we use Minut Home Monitoring System that require us to monitor sound for parties and gatherings. During quiet hours of 10pm - 7 am the home monitoring system is set to 75 decibles. Violations of the house rules will result in you being asked to leave with out refund if problems persist for more than 30 minutes.
This is one unit in a Historic New Orleans 3 plex. Located in Uptown New Orleans.
Please do not use white towels to wash make up, blood or stains or face wash. Please remove make up before going to bed to avoid stains. If linens are stained and housekeeping charges us to replace linens, you will be charged for the incidental.

We get our towels from a linen company. Sometimes the towels might have blotches (i.e., bleach stains, burn marks, or tears). Our housekeeping does their best to ensure there are no hairs in the towels, but if one is found, it's likely from our housekeeping staff. We strive for this to never happen. If you're not satisfied with the linens, please let us know and we’ll gladly swap them out for you. Please make sure to book for the correct number of guests, as linens are prepared accordingly.

Overall the experience was good, location was fine, took 15 min in Uber to French quarter in average 18 dollars one way, needed more towels for 7 people.

It was a beautiful stay, the bedrooms were huge and the6 were so comfortable and clean! The entire house was spotless, organized and very easy to find things within the house. I enjoyed this stay a-lot and really hope to stay here for our girls trips to NOLA! Thank you again for the top tier communication and safety, especially in this day and time it is greatly appreciated that my girls and I felt comfortable!
