Our conveniently located house is a 5 minute walk to Waikato & Braemar Hospitals. Purpose designed for guests, it has 3 bedrooms, a very well-equipped kitchen and separate dining area. With laundry facilities, a bathroom and a spacious lounge featuring a heat pump and fireplace, your comfort is assured. Enjoy garage parking plus extra 2 car spaces which allows you to save on Hospital parking fees.

Great location within 5 min of hospital. Amazing host with great communication.

Needed a space for a few nights while back in NZ visiting family and this workes out perfect for ourselves and our two kids.House was clean and beautifully decorated. Beds were really comfy and the house was quiet in spite of it’s proximity to the hospital and central city.Particularlt enjoyed the welcome gift of chocolates and Toffee Pops!

Property was super tidy and easy for a family. Had my 3 year old with me and nice fenced yard made it easy. Super tidy house through out. Better than most hotels I have paid more to stay at. I would stay here when in Hamilton next. Super close to the hospital which was the purpose of our stay. Great communication with a friendly host.
