Trendy modern townhouse

Modern and had everything you needed. Beds were comfortable, very safe for our family.

Found layout to other bedrooms through garage a little odd, but was fine for our 3 teenage boys.

Nice weekend getaway from topsy turvy Auckland

Excellent communication with the property, clear instructions, unit nicely tucked away in a quiet street, close to the city centre. Comfortable bedding, immaculately clean, and very warm. Would definately come again.

A lovely, clean and tidy spot to stay while you explore Hamilton and surrounding areas.

Clean and tidy. Location was good - only 10 minute drive from the central city. No noise from other units. Beds were comfortable and had alternate blankets available. Bathrooms upstairs and downstairs, so kids could have their own space. The little balcony was great to watch the sunset.

Traffic noise in the bedrooms was a little loud at times. Kids complained that the WiFi signal was weak in the downstairs bedrooms. Logged in accounts on the TV was a bit weird. But these are little things and overall it was great.

Okay for a stop over; wouldn't stay again.

Reasonably clean and okay location for us. Plenty of shops and activities within 30 minutes to 1 hour drive. Balcony terrace was nice. Beds and sofa fine.

Clearly a bit unloved and not a lot of thought has gone into how you might 'live' in the property. Rubbish bins in bathrooms/bedrooms not there or where you want, some with no bin liners; no apparent outside bin except bottle recycle; not enough hooks for towels or usable surfaces in rooms; characterless decor; not enough cutlery or crockery for 5-6 guests. No additional information about use of facilities at the property. Someone previous had tried to use the washer and made a mess with powder; coffee machine but no coffee pods; water marks on / grubby carpets, rug in lounge especially dirty.

Family statcation

Great location for where we were having a family wedding. The home was clean and spacious for our family of 6, loved having a balcony. The host answered all questions asked and very accommodating. Fans in bedrooms down stairs came in very handy as we stayed during warmer weather. Outside bins were full, contacted host was emptied promptly.

Honestly only down fall was beds are double so being Polynesian is was a tight fit for 2 Polynesian people and were very firm. Only 6 pegs to hang clothes. For slimmer people not an issue.

The tea towels were stained, there were no hand towels in the toilets. The beds downstairs were very uncomfortable and small.

Clean and spacious. Managers responded quickly to messages. Checkout was simple, just have to close the door!

Most beautiful clean place we have stayed at

A beautiful house, even though it showed 2 bathrooms, there are also 2 additional separate powder rooms. Very clean and tidy, location was perfect for us. Highly recommend, and we hope to stay there again if we go back to Hamilton.

Cosy accomodation for families.

Clean unit with cooking facilities.

Bathrooms abit small, no place for personal items. Items like dishwashing liquid, dishwasher powder and kitchen towels were already empty and not topped up before arrival. However, they sent them over quickly when requested.

We really enjoyed our stay & felt very comfortable within our stay.

Everything was very relaxing & it was a perfect space for my son & I, the beds were very comfortable as well & having the little outdoor area was perfect for a bit of breeze, we will definitely be back!

Beautiful place, lovely hosts good location for where we needed everyday.

Close to the hospital. Clean as when we arrived. Hosts catered to everything we needed helped us out even when it was inconvenient for other guests. We appreciate everything the hosts did for us while we were staying there and would 100% recommend staying here.
