Seaside Serenity is a beautiful condo directly across the street from the beach!

Welcome to your home away from home! This stunning 2 bed/2 bath condo is the perfect vacation spot for families or groups of friends, with plenty of space for up to six people. Comfortably accommodates 4 adults and 2 small kids. Located just across the street from the beach, you'll have the opportunity to soak up the sun and relax on the sandy shore or take a refreshing dip in the community pool.
**Seaside Serenity is on the 3rd floor. We do not have an elevator**

The Space:
Seaside serenity is a beautiful three-story walkup condo that is spacious and beautifully decorated. The beachy and serene ambiance will make you feel like you're on a permanent vacation.

Bedroom 1 is the primary queen bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Relax on our extremely comfortable mattress while you watch tv or enjoy the blue tooth speaker system while you take a relaxing shower. Bedroom 2 has two twin beds. If the little ones are sleeping in there, they will be able to enjoy all of their favorite shows on the smart tv. The living room is cozy and inviting, with comfortable seating for everyone to gather around the flat-screen TV and enjoy movie nights or catch up on their favorite shows. There, you will find a pull out sofa bed and plenty of games for a fun family game night.

Next, we have a fully equipped kitchen that is perfect for preparing meals. Whether you're cooking up a storm or just preparing a quick snack, you will have everything you need. The dining table can comfortably seat up to six people, perfect for enjoying family meals together. There is also extra seating at the kitchen counter where you can enjoy breakfast or a quick snack. We provide a booster seat to make dining for your little one easier.

One of the best things about this condo is its location. You'll be just steps away from the beach, and the condo provides direct beach access. There are 4 beach chairs located in the laundry area. Plus, there's a community pool directly across the street from the condo, perfect for a refreshing dip after a day at the beach.

Wake up and sip your coffee on the balcony with a city view or enjoy the nice breeze after a long day at the beach.

For those who love to grill, there's a BBQ grill available for guests to use, so you can cook up some delicious meals and enjoy them on the balcony, taking in the beautiful views. The grills are small community charcoal grills and you will need to supply your own charcoal.

In addition to its fantastic location and amenities, the condo is also close to shops and restaurants, so you'll have everything you need within easy reach. Whether you want to go out for a delicious seafood dinner or pick up some souvenirs for your loved ones back home, everything is just a short walk or drive away.

Other things to note:
-You will have keyless entry with your custom door code to enter the home.
-No pool passes are required for pool access (pool is located in the main tower across the street from our building, and directly on the beach).
-Beach access is free and there is a walking path directly across from our condo.
