In addition to being right in front of Peró Beach, you are also next to Conchas Beach.
Peró Beach has earned the international BLUE FLAG certification, being considered the beach with the cleanest waters in the entire country.
The apartment is compact, measuring 40m2, with 2 floors (mezzanine), and accommodates 6 people.
Our apartment is number 206 in block D, up one flight of stairs after arriving at reception.
Fully equipped, with all the necessary utensils for your stay.
On the first floor we have:
Living room (Smart TV, Wi-Fi)
Fully equipped kitchen for quick meals, with a single-burner electric stove, air fryer, microwave, blender, coffee maker, sandwich maker, water dispenser with a 20L bottle, etc.
Bathroom;
1 single sofa bed with 2 mattresses;
Dining table;
On the second floor we have:
Wi-Fi
2 double beds;
1 single bunk bed;
Air conditioning;
Clothes rack/hanger;
Mirror, with table and chair;
ATTENTION! We do not provide bed linens/towels; you must bring your own for your personal use and that of your family.
The condominium has:
Reception with Wi-Fi
Pool
(9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with maintenance, generally on Mondays)
Games room with billiards, ping pong, and a chess/checkers table.
(You will need to pick up the ball and ping pong paddle at reception and then return them.)
Garage (space for 1 car, not marked or limited, subject to maximum parking capacity)
In which guests will have free access to all these common areas, respecting their opening hours.
