The building operates a centralized HVAC system in accordance with municipal regulations. Heating runs from October 13 to May 1, while air conditioning is available from May 15 to October 1. During seasonal transitions, HVAC adjustments are managed by the building association based on outdoor temperatures.

The place was exactly at presented in the pictures. The location was great if you don't want to stay in DC. There was a metro station 1/2 block from the back of the building and trains came every few minutes to send you straight downtown to the museums and landmarks. The bed was comfortable and there was a smart tv you could steam your accounts on. You get ONE towel each and that is it. No hand towels or wash rags were provided.
The issue was the air conditioner unit in the bedroom. When the compressor would turn off it would make a loud banging noise. Really loud. My husband had to sleep on the couch and I woke up constantly all night with ear plugs in. The tub also didn't drain and the toilet was still dirty from the previous renters. I informed the management company of the issues and hope they will be addressed. They said they would see if they could give me a partial refund since we couldn't sleep. When I asked for a late checkout (1 hour extension for $50), they decided to give it to me for free to "make up for the inconvenience". I don't feel like this was a good effort to fix what happened so buyer beware.
