We were visiting our daughter at UTK and going to a game. This was the perfect location, and perfect for our family of three. The Tennessee touches made it enjoyable, and towels and bedding provided. Will definitely be staying again.

I can’t recommend this place enough! We added an extra day here when we weren’t happy at a previous place. The communication was amazing! Seriously could move in here!! We absolutely loved it! We were in town for a college visit and University of Tennessee football game. It is the perfect location in a peaceful neighborhood!

Things we loved & utilized:
2 to 3 vehicle parking, at entrance, and no steps.
Self check-in.
Great communication with host.
Excellent lighting throughout.
Windows in dining area provided natural sunlight.
Washer & dryer, with detergent & softener sheets.
Dishsoap & hand soap provided.
Ample storage for our clothing; nice big closet & drawers.
Roku TV in livingroom & bedroom.
Box fan.
Nice appliances.
Nice variety of coffee & hot tea.
Nice shower, with plenty of hot water.
Shampoo, conditioner, & body wash provided.
Lint roller provided.
Things we did not love:
Half of the apartment was underground, in basement.
Mildew odor that was overwhelming, and made our clothes smell like mildew.
A vintage trunk in the livingroom used for a table, i opened it thinking it might contain boardgames, it smelled like mold & mildew, it was really bad!
The dining area light switch was located behind a piece of artificial turf that was being used for deco.
So much lint, and pet hair... I woke up both mornings with swollen eyes because I am allergic to pet hair. I got between the sheets the first night, and in the morning my nightgown was covered with pet hair.
Pet hair on the spoon rest that was setting on the stove.
My clothes were covered in lint, and I was thankful for the lint roller!
The sectional was only about 8 inches off the ground, making it difficult for my 6' tall husband to land on, it was also hard, and not comfy at all.
Whole house's electrical system inside unit.
