Professionally furnished with unique French Provincial inspired antiques and a modern kitchenette while extremely convenient to campus, downtown and all the charms of East TN!

It should be noted that the bedroom with the trundle bed is a pass through bedroom between the queen bedroom and the living room. HVAC is controlled in the other unit of the duplex (old house quirk) that tenant is aware and quick to make adjustments if necessary.
