Super cute and CLEAN townhome located close to UTK. We flew from Chicago to Nashville and then drove in. Private parking located in the back of the building right in front of the back door was extremely convenient and felt very safe. The Hosts were gracious enough to allow us to check in upon arrival which was much earlier than the normal check in time. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. Just a quick note for future guests-stairs are part of the layout, so it may not be ideal if mobility is a concern. Also, there is only one full bathroom, which was fine for us but worth noting for larger groups and the master bedroom is enclosed by curtains instead of a door. These details didn’t bother us, but helpful to know in advance.
