This 4-bedroom house is perfect for your escape to Knoxville. Step inside this delightful property and be greeted by its superb interior. The gorgeous bedrooms offer a comfortable retreat, with 3 queen beds and 1 twin bed to accommodate all guests. The bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub, shower, and all the necessary amenities! Feel at home with the convenience of a washing machine, WiFi, AC, and an iron. Enjoy all that Knoxville has to offer when you stay at our place.
This newly remodeled home is less than 5 minutes from downtown, the interstate, and some of Knoxville’s most popular attractions, yet in a quiet neighborhood perfect for going for walks, entertaining family and much more!
Also has a large fenced in backyard for your pets!

Parkridge is a historic neighborhood from the late 1800’s that contain unique architectural and design. Parkridge Preserve is where the 19th century meets the present! Once you step in, you will be greeted with the ultra modern bathed in luxury.
We want our guests to know that they are not only staying in a renovated custom home, but a clean one as well! That is why we take cleaning and sanitation very seriously. All bed sheets and linens are washed after every stay, as well as sanitizing all surfaces and commonly touched items.
Our master bedroom provides a full private bathroom, along with a built in fireplace for the coziest rest on a new quality mattress!
Bedroom number 2 provides one queen bed with a full size trundle underneath, so this room can sleep up to 4 people comfortably.
Our 2 upstairs sleeping areas provide a twin bed and a queen bed. Also in this space is a small yoga studio and reading nook!
Our living room is an open concept with the kitchen and provides a built on fireplace to enjoy while you relax and enjoy watching anything on your favorite streaming networks.
Our backyard provides fenced in safety for your dog(s) to run free after being in your car traveling.
Fully stocked kitchen providing everything needed for either long term or short term stays. Coffee and condiments provided!!
