About this house rental
An opportunity to good to pass up. Welcome to this beautiful house, featuring one floor, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms, providing a comfortable and convenient stay.
The bedrooms include a main bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a walk in closet, an attached bathroom with a walk in shower. The second bedroom with a queen-sized bed and walk in closet. The third bedroom includes a bunk bed and large closet. The shared bathroom has a tub/shower combo, the vanity has lots of drawers and space.
Indoor amenities include ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room. The flooring is ceramic tile in kitchen, living room, foyer, bathrooms and carpet in the bedrooms.
The open-traditional kitchen has a countertop, three barstools, and a dining table for up to six people. The kitchen has pots, pans, silverware, knives, blender, toaster, microwave, ice maker, dishwasher to name a few.
Outdoor amenities include a patio with lounge furniture, a propane barbecue grill, and a pool, providing a perfect space to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. This is also right on the water for you to enjoy as well.
The home also includes 2 garage door openers, 2 kayaks for you to use.
There is a brand new pool cage and all hurricane damage has been repaired.

A few deal breakers and rules below. Yes, it needs to be spelled out.
Sorry Animals (dogs) must be well behaved and leashed, not let out for extended periods of time, no constant barking or anything that disturbs the quiet neighborhood.
Dogs cannot be left outside on any kind of tie out or leash. Any and all animal waste must be picked up immediately and disposed of properly. (trash can)
Cats must be kept in at all times.
Pet deposit $500-$800 depending on amount of pets. Refundable after home is inspected after guests leave.
Exterior premises must be kept free of toys, bikes, trash, etc. as to not impede landscaper, pool service people or to be an eyesore in the neighborhood.
No vehicles parked on the lawn at any time.
No persons other than those listed on the lease/rental agreement are to live at the home.
All exterior areas of the home are to kept as the same day of move in.
Sub-letting is not permitted

Description of property was exact. Keeping in contact with property manager no problems at all. If something wasn’t available it was provided. Pool to satisfaction. Clean.

Very nice home. Clean and lots of room for everybody. Pool was awesome. Homeowner was great to work with. Would definitely stay here again.
