Three bedrooms Two bath private home with king bed in master. Second bedroom has a triple bunk with two twins and a full size bed . Third bedroom has a queen sized bedroom. Each bedroom is equipped with a Roku television . Kitchen fully equipped for whatever your cooking needs. Dining room and sit at island comfortably seat 8 . Living area also has a Roku television for movie nights with the family.
Entire home accessible other then owners closets . Garage also accessible for laundry use

Gated security guard community located on one of Central Floridas best kept golf courses. Southern Dunes is beautifully maintained open to public and has many things to do on site. The Country Club boasts its own restaurant the Tavern serving amazing food. The Barn outdoor bar and grill is open in the evening when the nighttime Top Tracer Bays are available for golf. This Community also has a playground for children to use. You can view all the excitement this community has to offer on the website for the southern dunes .

Our stay was an excellent experience. The house was clean and it was just like the pictures shown in the listing. We did not get to enjoy the pool because we didn’t heat and it was too cold but it was well maintained. Communication with owner was great She answered all questions quickly. We would definitely stay here again

Place was perfect for a golf weekend. Clean rooms. Spacious bathrooms. Comfy beds. Good WiFi. Can’t ask for much more.
