Welcome to your charming vacation villa in the Orlando area.
Your home away from home that reminds you of the comfort of your house, where you and your family can create wonderful vacation memories.
Spacious living room area with large sectional couch for easy TV viewing on a beautiful 75-inch flat screen TV. This villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Private fully screen-in pool with a beautiful view overlooking the 2nd hole of the challenging Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club.
The Master bedroom is equipped with a King size bed, walk-in closet and 3-piece ensuite including a glass enclosed walk-in shower.
The 1st guest bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed and ample closet space.
The 2nd guest bedroom is equipped with a twin bed and a bunk bed with a futon on the lower level that can be lowered into a double bed. Plenty of sleeping space for guests.
Each bedroom is equipped with a flat screen and YouTubeTV streaming service with over 100 TV channels. The entire house can accommodate sleeping space for 8 people comfortably.
The spacious pool deck is the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee watching the sun rise, work on your suntan during the day or a late night glass of wine watching the beautiful sun set in the Florida sky.
The kitchen stove, refrigerator, microwave, and the washer and dryer have all been upgraded in recent years.
This villa offers:
- Self-check-in and Self-check-out: contactless system
- Pool heater (extra cost 15$/day)

-Dishware to have fully cooked meals
-There are 3 video cameras on the property. One over the front door, one over the garage and one on the side of the house. All cameras point outwards for safety and security. No cameras point towards the inside the house.
-Pets are welcome for an additional $75 total per stay for up to 2 pets. This fee is charged due to the extra cleaning and sanitizing after your stay.
This villa is in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, which is an immaculately kept, secure complex, which maintains a 24-hour security-manned gate, making this a safe place to stay. There is a Super-Walmart and Winn-Dixie just a minute away, along with several well-known restaurants and amenities in the area, virtually everything is on hand.
Golfers will be in heaven on the Southern Dunes award-winning course, simply pay and play (electric carts included).
The Club House serves wonderful family lunch, dinner, and a fabulous Sunday brunch, along with popular Trivia Night on Tuesday nights

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The hosts and property manager were welcoming, responsive, and easy to work with from start to finish. Everything was exactly as described, which made the whole experience stress free. The location was perfect. It was tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but still close to everything we wanted to do. We spent two days at Peppa Pig Theme Park and LEGOLAND, and the drive was only about 30 minutes, which made it super convenient with kids. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Nice place. Clean house. Amazing pool. Communication with the owners was awesome. Very quiet safe neighborhood. Close to local shops and food. Only thing that was not great was the wifi didnt want to hook up and there was lots of ants by the back pool door. But overall a great place. Would stay again!

Enjoyed our 5 week stay at this property. We had everything we needed to make our time in Florida great. The pool was an added feature and best of all the house was pet friendly.
