The total interior space of this luxurious beauty extends over 175 square meters and two floors. On the ground floor is a large open space living room and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room. Next to the kitchen is a pantry at your disposal so that the preparation and storage of food goes smoothly. For those who cannot escape from work even on vacation, there is a charming library where you can work in peace. There is also a toilet on this lower floor. Three comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a laundry room are on the first floor. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and access to a beautiful balcony with a view of the sea. The other two bedrooms share a common bathroom. Villa Mare can accommodate up to 6 people in its three bedrooms, plus one to two smaller children. The master bedroom and the second bedroom have king size beds while the third bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed.
Villa H & I is located on a plot of 550 square meters.
When you step out onto the terrace, the first thing you'll notice is the private pool surrounded by luxurious deckchairs for the most comfortable sunbathing.
