The owners were very friendly and helpful
The house was very well-kept, with new furniture and sufficient air conditioning
There were a pharmacy within 5 minutes of walking, a supermarket within 1, a beach within 10 and reserved car parking spots within 1
We were eight and there was only one shower! We took turns and had no problems, but don't take long showers or the hot water won't be enough for everyone. The boiler needs its time to heat water up.
Maybe a few more shelves and hangers on the bedroom walls could be useful, but not a big issue really

The place was really nice with high standard, very close to the city center, beach and restaurants, shop on the same street. Owners very friendly and helpful. We will definately come back there!

We had a really great time as 7 friends at House Niko. The son of the owners speaks good english and helps you with everything. He's contactable over WhatsApp too, that was really comfortable. He picked 2 of us at the airport up. The house had everything we needed, beautiful kitchen, 4 large beds, a lot of towells, was really close to the beach/split/the airport. Even some fresh fruits were waiting for us on the table. We would come again and recommend this beautiful house.
The only thing that was not perfect, was that the living room was a bit small for 7.
