Amazing apartment with 10/10 location and great host. Upon arrival we got to check in early, which was very nice. The apartment has aircondition that works really well, especially when closing all doors and windows. It includes a big balcony with seating and a shower to cool off. The tap water is also drinkable and tastes great, we recommend filling bottles and putting them in the freezer. The apartment complex has an amazing location, with Ribola (supermarket) just a 3 minute walk away and on the way to the beach. The beach is 5 minutes away and really beautiful. There is a bus stop (Kastel Gomilicia) right by the supermarket, that takes you to Split Old Town in just 25 minutes, and 20 minutes to Trogir (definitely recommend checking it out!) Right by the supermarket there is a grill that makes great authentic food for a cheap price. The apartment’s host is a kindhearted woman who replies in just seconds. We had a case where we needed something antiseptic to clean a scar, and the host immediately went to the pharmacy and picked it up for us. She is there to provide you with anything you need, in addition to letting you know when the supermarket is closed etc. When arriving you are provided towels and beach towels for all guests aswell. In conclusion we definitely recommend Barun Kastela Apartments. You get value for the money with a beautiful neighborhood and every facility you might need.

No complaints whatsoever, it is a perfect apartment.

Everything was good

A lovely and helpful hostess who was available and ready to assist at all times. The hostess was able to help and gave various goodies from her garden. Great location; the sea and shops are very close by. It is near a bus stop, and towels for both everyday use and the beach are provided. Each room has a terrace offering a beautiful view. The apartments were well-equipped with everything needed - dishes and various utensils.

There is a church nearby with bells that rang every half-hour, starting at 5:00 AM. Air conditioning is available only in the living room, and the cool air does not circulate to the other rooms. The router also broke during our stay; the hosts tried to fix it, but the service provider failed to ship the replacement on time, leaving us without Wi-Fi for six days - though, understandably, the hosts could not speed up that process.
