About this house rental
Villa Olive Gardens is build in July 2018 and represents a piece of modern luxury on the Dalmatian coast. Villa is situated in a residential area, quiet and peaceful, with sea views. Surrounded by trees perched on a hillside with spectacular views of the Mediterranean sea. With large terrace, parking space, olive gardens, BBQ with covered outside seating area and inviting swimming pool it has all the facilities to let you enjoy your holiday with family.
The villa is tastefully furnished with modern appliances and fully air-conditioned to provide a cool atmosphere even in the height of the summer months.
Ground floor of the villa is a comfortable living room with kitchen and dining room. With large glass walls living room is connected with outdoor BBQ terrace and swimming pool area.
The second part of the ground floor is designed as 3 sleeping rooms with 3 bathrooms. Villa is comfortable for 6 persons in 3 double bed rooms and 2 people can sleep in extra sofa bed in the living room. Each room is equipped with Sat-TV, wardrobe, towels and sheets.
Outdoor area of the house consists:
Pool area with swimming pool, sunbeds and umbrellas, rattan furniture.
BBQ area, covered terrace with table and chairs.
Gardens with olive trees
Parking space for 5 cars
Children playground with slide, trampoline and swing
Whole property and villa is available for guests and you have complete privacy.
We will be available to our guest for any kind of help or information they need.
HOUSE RULES:
We allow one small dog maximum up to 6-7kg maximum. Also, in case you bring dog, before making your reservation please tell us so that we can expect that the pet come with you.
No smoking inside of the villa.
No party or loud music in period between 23:00h - 09:00h.
In case of damage the villa or assets, you are personally responsible for covering the damage.
ADDITIONAL SERVICE:
We can arrange for you taxi transfer from airport to our villa, also if you are interested we directly cooperate with agencies that organize trips to the Krka Waterfalls or boat trips to the islands.

Julija ensured we had an outstanding experience in a wonderful, secluded villa with exceptional views. The property is stunningly gorgeous, like-new, well-maintained, and equipped for a relaxing stay. She's thought of everything you might need during your visit. The air conditioning is robust, and amenities are plenty. With 4 of us, we always had hot water for showers. Enjoy your meals on the back veranda, and don't forget to relax down by the pool. The activities are endless, whether you're enjoying the villa or taking day trips down to the coast to catch a relaxing meal by the Adriatic. Highly recommend a trip to the nearby old-town Trogir island. They have TVs, but we found no need, given the wonderful weather and outdoor areas to enjoy...that's where you found us. Highly recommend this villa...best yet!

Superb property. Owners couldn’t do enough for us. Our flight was diverted and we didn’t arrive until 1am. They kindly waited to let us in and show us everything. Accommodation is really well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The owners left a huge fruit bowl, sweets for our children and cakes for us to enjoy. When we left they were helpful. They even posted back three pairs of shorts my partner had left at the villa. Absolutely cannot fault them. A gorgeous villa with stunning views. You need a car but it’s such a beautiful place to return to after the crowds and heat at the beach. A real hidden gem. Having everything there on arrival was so much better than arriving and the. Having to buy all the essentials. Fantastic villa-cannot recommend it enough! Thank you
