Welcome to Villa Just be Light—a warm, bright 303 m² newly built villa in Kaštel Stari, located between Split and Trogir. Large glass walls, soft lighting, and 5 king-size bedrooms—each with its own bathroom—make it ideal for families and friends who want both togetherness and privacy.

Step into a bright, open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table for 10 overlooking the pool, and a large Smart TV with an even bigger sofa. Warm tones and thoughtful lighting create a calm atmosphere day and night. All 5 bedrooms have their own bathroom—everyone gets a private retreat.

A car is recommended for day trips to Krka, Plitvice, Omiš, and the islands.
🏊 Pool season: the pool is heated from April through October. From November through March, the main pool is closed; the hot tub can be heated upon request (electricity charged at cost).
🏗️ Good to know: a few neighboring lots are still under construction, so there may be occasional daytime construction work nearby. If it ever bothers you, just let us know—we’ll find a solution.
