This new stilt house is situated in the Southside Section of the award-winning Ocean Lakes Family Campground. With it's proximity to the beach and the many amenities Ocean Lakes has to offer (including the water park), this property is a great find!!
House Highlights:
Well-equipped Kitchen with sit-in dining area
Spacious living room with sofa, loveseat, recliner, WiFi and cable
Stack washer & dryer
Master bedroom with king bed, TV, & adjoining full bath
Bedroom 2 has twin over twin bunk beds
Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, TVs
There is a shared, full, hallway bath
Relaxing porch with lounge chairs
Additional seating area under the house with decorative lighting
Hot/Cold outdoor shower
Items To Note:
This rental does not include a golf cart. Carts are available for rent onsite through Ocean Lakes Golf Cars. They do not accept reservations.
Bed, bath, and kitchen linens are included in the cleaning fee.
Ocean Lakes charges $12.00 per day, per vehicle, for passes purchased 10+ days in advance of your arrival. Passes purchased less than 10 days in advance are $15.00 per day. This is payable directly to Ocean Lakes and not included in your payment for the rental. Instructions on completing this process will be emailed to you prior to your arrival.
There is parking for 2 standard vehicles at this site. If you have additional vehicles, they must be parked in the overflow lot (daily fee still applies).
A welcome packet containing information on obtaining parking passes will be emailed to you upon receipt of payment in full & 30 days prior to your arrival.
Baby items are available for rent during your stay. Baby gear rental registration will be included in your welcome packet.
Pre-arrival grocery delivery is available for an additional fee. Pre-arrival grocery delivery information will be included in your welcome packet.
Access information will be emailed at 3:45 PM on arrival date.
Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit payment is received
By proceeding with the rental of this property, you are confirming you are in agreement with the terms and conditions set forth in the Digital Rental Agreement and with the rental rules listed below.
All renters are required to purchase a Security Deposit Waiver in lieu of a refundable damage deposit.

Stayed for a weeks vacation. Ocean was great; Pool was too warm. House was comfortable and nice, plenty of room for 4 adults. Golf cart rental still necessary. Kitchen included necessities and easy to cook in.

The house was perfect and just as described. Everything was so clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could possibly need. The location and proximity to the beach was perfect. We loved it!!!

We stayed here recently and I’ll be honest — the experience wasn’t great. The house itself was decent and pretty much as described, but we ran into a big issue with palmetto bugs. We saw multiple during our stay, including one on the kitchen table and even one in the bed, which was the final straw for us.I understand bugs can happen in coastal areas, but that’s just not something we’re comfortable dealing with, especially with family. The host did offer to send pest control, which I appreciate, but by that point we had already decided to leave early.We didn’t feel comfortable staying the rest of the trip. Just something future guests should seriously consider.
