About this house rental
Site MH62 is the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation in the award winning Ocean Lakes Family Campground. It has a large patio/sunroom to have dinner or hang out on a pretty day after coming in from the beach! This site does come with a complimentary golf cart (you must be 21 years or older to drive this cart).
4 spacious bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. 2 King bedrooms, a bedroom with 2 twin beds and a bedroom with 2 Queen beds. One bedroom is attached to the 2 twin bedroom and the other is a hall way bathroom that is the shared bathroom!
Linens are not provided but if you would like linen service that can be arranged.
Rental of linens would be an additional $175. Includes sheets for all beds, 11 towels and wash cloths, bathroom and kitchen hand towels, and 3 beach towels.
Or you are welcome to bring your own!
You must bring toiletries with you.
We are a family oriented rental home. Please NO parties. NO pets. You must be 25 years or older to rent with us!

Check out is 10am All guest must register with ocean lakes upon arrival and obtain a parking pass. This is a $12 per/day/night, per vehicle fee which is paid to ocean lakes. This parking pass allows ALL visitors to enjoy ALL the amenities of the campground making this a true value.

* 4 Acre Water Park
* 22,000 sq ft of recreation area
* Olympic size outdoor pool, an indoor heated pool , splash zones for the children with mounted squirt guns, and fountains for the children, water slides, lazy river to relax
*nightly golf cart parade

* Shuffle Board
* 2 Play grounds
* Daily scheduled activities for all ages in the rec hall ( crafts, bingo, arts, and ceramics )
* Miniature golf
* Grocery store with a gift shop
* Stage for karaoke, fire pit and much more

* Several snack bars & Pizza delivery
Security is 24/7 and strictly enforced, quiet hours in ocean lakes is between 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.
We rent to Families and Responsible Adults Only. Must be 25 years of age or older. We do not rent to house parties. Any violation will result in eviction without refund. There is a camera outside the home for security purposes.

We had the best time. The house was very roomy , just what we needed! We loved being on the little service road so my grandboys could play catch without worrying about cars!

House is dated but nice location, with plenty of room to spread for family and great screened in porch. Had a nice family vacation golf cart was an added bonus. Saved us only had to rent one!

Where do I start…WiFi was difficult to find…most places have it posted on the fridge or easily accessed. When I came to check in, the owner of the property didn’t even give the front desk my name. So that was a process in itself after having two kids cooped up in a car for hours. There were hornets everywhere outside so we hardly sat outside. The landscaping looked like it hadn’t been cut in weeks. The shower door broke off on my 10 year old daughter our first day there.. it was glass and could have shattered if she didn’t catch it. Roaches everywhere. And when I expressed these issues to the owner , I got ghosted. They gave me no instructions for check in..I had to rent towels and Sheets for an extra 115. Beds were so uncomfortable we left a day early. There was no small trash cans in the bedrooms. Will never stay here again.
