About this house rental
This beautiful 5 BR, 3 BA Beach House is only one street from the beach and in an ideal location to all Ocean Lakes amenities! About a minute walk to stick your toes in the sand and enjoy the ocean. The water park complex is within walking distance also. There are two spacious decks, fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room to socialize or relax. The master bedroom is located on the main level with four additional rooms on the upper level. There are three full baths plus an outside hot shower to rinse off after the beach. The washer/dryer are located on the main level for your convenience. Derby Shores Beach House has free wifi and each room has its own TV. This house was perfect for our family of 12 vacation! Everything was clean and well organized. Plenty of kitchen accessories for meals and daily needs. Also plenty of extras, such as beach stuff, grill, soaps and too much to list! The location was perfect for us to have access to the beach and everything ocean lakes has to offer. Great communication with the host! This is the 1st property ive stayed at through vrbo that I didnt have to contact host for issues with the house. It was perfect!!!!

Location was great. Just steps away from the beach. Lots of amenities in the campground, which are included. Home itself exactly as described. Plenty of space for our party of 10. Plenty of items in kitchen available to cook meals. Clean and tidy. Host was very quick responding to questions. Highly recommend.
