About this house rental
2 Bedroom, 2 Bath home within walking distance to the ocean
Although the house has beds for 4 people, there is room to bring a blowup mattress and have 2 or 3 additional people come along!
Living area- Sofa, Recliner, flat screen tv, cable and Wi-Fi
Fully Equipped Kitchen with everything you will need to cook or grill out (Owner does not supply gas for the grill tank)

Second Bedroom has a Full over Queen Size Bunk Bed
The house has two bathrooms, each has a stand up shower
House offers a Washer and Dryer
You are a 3 minute walk from the beach
House has a deck with plenty of seating for your family to enjoy the beautiful sunshine
So we are able to maintain a high level of quality for our guests, a few simple rules apply:
If you’re looking for a place to party, please move onto another property
Must be 25 to rent (families)
Sorry no fur-babies allowed (feline or canine)
No smoking, vaping or drugs permitted
Must be 21 to operate the golf cart (valid driver’s license required and must abide by all Ocean Lakes rules for golf cart usage, or renter will pay applicable fines)
All Laundry and linens will be shrink wrapped for your protection
We want you to enjoy your stay and hope that our guests will become our second Ocean Lakes family and will stay with us for years to come.
You will be required to purchase a $15.00 a day parking pass per vehicle from Ocean Lakes. This does include the use of the amenities in the park. This fee is NOT included in your Booking.
**Richeson Properties charges a third party fee if you book through VRBO and we also charge a credit card processing fee if you use a credit card to pay for your booking.
Ocean Lakes has so much to offer families with a mile of beach and is a 24-hour gated community/resort with all the amenities you will need.

Great vacation get away. Clean well laid out. Wish I had been tecky enough to operate the TV's with a 5 year old in the house. Angie was so impressed she found a home she liked called all her family to split expenses and return next summer. Her first visit to OL and she loved it.
