The kitchen has an oven and hob and is equipped for self-catering, and the dining table works just as well for family meals as it does for catching up on work. Gas Heating keeps everything warm on cooler evenings.

Park facilities are run by Parkdean and require passes, bought on site.
The indoor pool is usually open from mid-March to early November, and the outdoor pool in summer only. Opening dates can change, so please check with Parkdean Breydon Water before you book.
