This property is not zoned for golf carts.

Due to the bay-side location, golf cart access to the rest of the island is not possible. No legal crossings on Highway 361 for your safety.

While we can't guarantee a completely quiet stay, these efforts help make the area even better for residents and visitors alike. Keep in mind that island life comes with seasonal pests like mosquitoes. To help keep them at bay, our properties receive professional pest control treatments every month. Please be aware that because Port Aransas is a unique coastal community, cable and Wi-Fi connectivity might be unpredictable. Thank you for acknowledging that we have no control over these services. Service interruptions will not qualify for any discounts or reimbursements.



GUEST VERIFICATION:

To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.



Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:

- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.

- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.

- Paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out. This is collected either at the time of payment through the booking platform or afterward, depending on which platform you use to book.



The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!

House was great and enjoyed the pool

Place was great, right across from pool and barbecue pits. The house was roomy and everything was cleaned to the eye. Unfortunately there were some issues with pests. Mostly dead but almost one in every other room. Aside from that we loved the stay and will look forward to a future visit without any pests hopefully.

Host emailed a week before stating the door code would be sent 30 minutes before check in; we timed it perfectly to get there 30 minutes before check in and had not received a code. We only had an emergency number for the property which was not helpful in contacting the host. The woman on the emergency line was rude and not very helpful. We received the code 1 minute before the check in time,
