If you are looking for a Coastal Vibe, this super cute and fun condo, located in Pirate's Bay community in Port Aransas, is ready for guests to enjoy a playscape, 2 beautiful pools and near the beach. You'll enjoy plenty of "coastal vibe" decor throughout 3 bedrooms (King Bedroom with private bath, 2nd King Bedroom, Bunk Room with 2 twin/twin bunks), a large living area (sleeper sofa) and well stocked kitchen. No pets. No Smoking. COPASTR: 382-419
Coastal Vibe offers guests a beautiful stay at Pirate's Bay in Port Aransas! This community is well known for its 2 impressive pools and provides a playscape for the younger guests! You'll have 2 assigned parking spaces outside the condo, with a breezeway entrance. Easy access to unpack! The breezeway offers an outdoor shower, seating, and party lights for evenings on the patio! Through the breezeway, you'll be just a few steps to one of the pools!
Go inside Coastal Vibe to find an open space with an oversized living area, dining space, and a well-stocked kitchen, perfect for those who love to cook, with plenty of seating for those who like to sit and watch the cooks! The sofa does have a sleeper.
One end of Coastal Vibe has a King Bedroom Suite with a private bathroom and entrance to the breezeway. The other end of the condo offers a bunk room with 2 twin over twin bunks and another King Bedroom with a private door out to the walkway to the pool. There is a 2nd full bathroom in the hallway and a full-size washer and dryer ready for guest use.
You'll enjoy a beautiful space with all the coastal decor and a well-stocked home to make everything comfortable and convenient. You'll be about 8 blocks from the beach and close to everything Port Aransas offers.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. My, my. Where do I start. This place is the BOMB! I have traveled extensively; all over the U.S. and Mexico. Parts of Canada and Hawaii. I have been disappointed with various rentals but no disappointments here. I was impressed with the overall cleanliness of the house. But most impressive to me was the kitchen and how well it is stocked with pots and pans, etc. Every time I looked for a specific utensil or gadget I found exactly what I needed. We did have several issues arise during our stay. These were usually handled promptly. There was an issue with the a/c on our last day that took longer to resolve than I would have liked it to. But looking back I think part of the problem was in the spotty phone reception on the island. (Some guests’ phones worked better than others) I had been messaging management when I should have just phoned them. Both pool areas are beautiful. I could tell the pool water had just the right amount of chemicals. Enough to be effective but not too much. The gas grill was clean and easy to use. And our private outside shower made rinsing-before-entering the house a breeze. The tile floors made for guilt-free dripping swimsuits. If I ever need to book another house on Mustang Island I would definitely stay here again.

The house was clean and well taken care of! Having an onsite pool was a nice addition and came in handy after leaving the beach, it was nice to come back to a nice clean pool. The house was only 2 minutes from all the great stores and food in Port A. I would definitely stay here again.
