This beautiful townhome retreat located in town has everything you need for a great gulf coast vacation. It is only minutes from the beach, shops and restaurants. It features 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 full baths, an open kitchen and living area, dining space for 10, private back yard, charcoal grill and a community pool. The kitchen is fully stocked with all your cooking essentials.
The master bedroom is located on the 1st floor and includes a king size bed, 43” smart TV and an ensuite with dual sinks and a walk-in shower. Two additional bedrooms are located upstairs and feature private full bathrooms. The front bedroom has two full beds and wall mounted 40” smart TV. The back bedroom has one queen bed, bunk bed with a trundle and wall mounted 40” smart TV.
The private backyard with a covered patio is perfect for outdoor entertaining. Grill your favorite foods while enjoying your drink of choice. Or just enjoy the gulf breeze.

• Maximum number of guest: 10.
• Parking for 4 standard vehicles. No garage access.
• No boats or trailers.
• Not golf cart accessible.

• No smoking or vaping inside.
• Linens & towels are provided: one set of sheets for all beds. 10 bath towels plus hand towels and wash clothes. We do not provide beach towels.
• Guest supplies – A complimentary starter set of supplies are provided.

The house worked well for our needs. I appreciated that there was a bathroom for each bedroom. Would definitely stay again!!
