About this apartment rental
Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 70 m² flat in Evry which can accommodate up to 6 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises a lovely 40 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms, a bathroom (with bath) and a garden of around 55 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 40 m² living room with standard sofa and sofa bed (100x190), TV and dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190) and a single bed on the mezzanine floor
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 55 m² garden, private and enclosed, with garden furniture and barbecue/brasero to enjoy the fine weather.
- A second garden of 20 m², private and enclosed, with garden furniture.
The flat is ideally located in Evry, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Paris Centre about 35 min away by RER
- Jean Taris swimming pool approx. 200 m away
- Football pitch approx. 200 m away
- Walk along the banks of the Seine about 1 km away
Public transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park.

- Nearest train station: Grand Bourg station (RER D) about 1 km away
