Parking was a nightmare The underground parking is really small my 4x4 car won’t fit there at all On street parking is free of charge but on my very last day someone hit my car and his intention was to run a way

Benim öncelikle en çok tercih etme sebebim giriş saatinin erken olmasıydı.Bu çok büyük bir kolaylık sağladı.Eşyalarımızı bırakıp,hemen Paris merkeze gitme imkanımız oldu.Bulunduğu konum sessiz sakin ve güvenliydi.Arabamızla önemli lokasyonlara rahatlıkla ulaşım sağladık.Ev konforu bize iyi hissettirdi.Temizlik ve ısınma açısından da gayet iyiydi.Ev sahibinin güleryüzlü karşılaması için de ayrıca teşekkür ederiz.

Excellent rapport qualité prix, idéal pour visiter Paris

Un grand merci à Inès pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. L’emplacement idéal pour visiter Paris. Le quartier très calme mais commerces de proximité à 3 min à pieds Petit immeuble de 4 étages calme avec ascenseur ( l’appartement se trouve au 3 ieme) La literie parfaite La terrasse très agréable Appartement propre et bien équipé La place de parking

La moquette décolorée par endroits ( dut à un nettoyage je pense) mériterai d’être changée et mettre un stratifié ou lino plus propre et facile d’entretien. La place de parking également ici car très étroite, ok pour se garer avec mon SUV mais difficultés pour sortir de la voiture une fois stationnée.

Simpel maar goed

Vriendelijk ontvangen door Ines De auto in de parkeergarage (wel smal maar goed te doen met suv) Ongeveer 300 meter van treinstation RER C en vanaf daar 25min naar de Eifeltoren. Supermarkt op 100 meter Goede bedden en fijn balkon

Heerlijk verblijf

Heerlijk appartement. Ook lekker om in de avond nog even op het balkon te zitten.10 min lopen van het metro station. Ideaal om naar de eiffeltoren of Notre Dame te gaan.

Qua buurt weet ik niet of ik daar graag in het donker nog over straat zou willen lopen, vanaf het metrostation. Wij zorgden ervoor dat we voor zonsondergang in het appartement waren en dat was prima.

Очень уютные апартаменты в Париже! Приветливая хозяйка! Две большие спальни с очень удобным матрасом и огромными одеялами, это было очень приятно! На кухне есть вся необходимая техника и посуда! Кофемашина с капсулами. Очень лёгкое заселение, встретила хозяйка не смотря на наш поздний заезд! В подземном паркинге есть бесплатное парко место, правда оно немного узковато, но все было хорошо! Нам очень понравилось пребывание в данных апартаментах!

Es perfecto para familias en cuanto al tamaño, y tiene todos lo necesario para estar cómodo en él.

Aunque tiene plaza de garaje si el coche es muy grande no cabe en el parking y en la calle no siempre se encuentra plaza cerca.

Acogedor

Muy buena comunicacion con el anfitrion, siempre atentos a nuestras necesidades y preguntas. En la zona cerca al hospedaje se pueden encontrar panaderias, tiendas y un pequeño supermercado. El hospedaje es muy tranquilo y agradable.

El estacionamiento es realmente estrecho, pude estacionar la furgoneta pero tuve que salir por la puerta trasera que es corrediza. Algunas conexiones en tren desde el centro de Paris hacia la estacion cerca al hospedaje se encontraban cerradas por reparaciones. Nos dificulto un poco la llegada.

De nette (Marokkanse) inrichting van de woning en het gevoel van veiligheid. Zeer nette aardige huisbazen. Koffiemachine was defect maar dat is vast van tijdelijke aard. Je voelt je hier echt thuis. Tip voor houders van (chocolade)gebak: loop rechts de straat uit en ga daarna naar rechts de Rue Gabriel Péri op. Bij de rotonde loop links de Avenue Paul Vaillant op. Ongeveer 100 meter verderop voorbij de kruising met de Avenue d'insurrection staat er de bakkerswinkel Boulangerie Pâtisserie mr & mme Challadi. Koop daar lekker vers gebak (eclair) en stokbrood voor het ontbijt. Wel vroeg gaan anders is al het lekkers op. :-) Ze zijn om 07.30 uur al open. Iets verderop staan ook veel eetgelegenheden. Verwacht echter geen luxe restaurants daar.

Parkeerplaats in de garage. De ruimte in de garage is te krap voor grotere auto's. Grote (SUV-achtige) auto's passen er dus niet in. Buiten op straat is de parkeergelegenheid zeer beperkt. Toevallig konden we nog wel een plek vinden maar uit angst die plek te verliezen durfden we de auto daarna niet meer te verplaatsen. Geen airco maar wel een Dyson ventilator.
