Our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom first-floor end unit condo sleeps 6. Features new flooring and paint. Queen mattresses in both bedrooms, a queen sleeper sofa, a full-size kitchen and dining room, washer and dryer. Each bathroom is a shower /tub combination.
We are within a 5-minute walking distance of everything Auburn has to offer: Jordan-Hare Stadium, Neville Arena, Plainsman Field, tailgating, etc. Downtown shopping & dining options and Toomer's Corner is only 3 blocks away! The Original Momma Goldberg’s Deli is a 2 min walk, no need to drive once you arrive at College Square everything is walkable.
The living and dining area features a sectional sofa with a queen sleeper, a large TV with Roku, and a dining table that seats 4.
The full-sized kitchen provides you the option to cook if you don't feel like eating out at one of the many wonderful restaurants at Auburn. The Unit has both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker.
Two reserved parking spaces are just a few steps from our unit.

We arrived and immediately could see updated furnishings. The family room is very cozy, the kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms were very comfortable. Parking was easy and had two spots for us. Holly, the new owner, was great with communication and responded immediately. We will stay here again. Thanks Holly.

Perfect game day or graduation weekend location. Cute condo with all the necessities. They even provided a clear bag to borrow in case you forgot.

We love this place - clean, cozy, and close to all! Very cute unit with plenty of room for four people - and awesome to have two parking spots.
