Tajade’s Cozy Living is located just 1.6 mile from Auburn University Jordan-Hare Stadium, and is within walking distance to several downtown attractions, including restaurants, bars, shopping and etc.

The Living Space:
Tajade Cozy Getaway is a cozy 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath unit with kitchen. This townhouse is super comfortable, spacious, warm & inviting and cozy. Upon entering the townhouse, you will find a comfortable living room with oversized deep sectional sofa with a 75in smart TV. You'll immediately feel like you can kick your feet up and relax. And I hope you do exactly that! It's perfect for guests to gather in the living space to watch a football game and chat. The well equipped kitchen is open to the dining room with seating for 6 and living room, which is perfect for staging your tailgate food while watching football.
Perfect for game day weekends, graduation, birthdays, & any occasion you would like to celebrate!
Washer/dryer is in 1/2 bath on main floor
It comes complete with all the comforts of home including a well stocked kitchen! You will have Kuerig coffee station with starbucks & selection coffee & creamer & selection of tea & condiments in the morning as well as all the ice maker, pots, pans and accessories needed to cook meals & general cooking items (i.e: olive oil, spices, sugar)
The 3 Bedrooms & 2 full Baths are Upstairs:
Smart TVs in each bedroom with fresh clean white linens & Complimentary toiletries
Bedroom 1: King with ensuite bathroom complete with towels, shampoo,
conditioner, soap.(Combination shower and tub).
Master Bedroom closet have 2 extra pillows for each bedroom, extra blanket for each room, extra sheet set, iron, ironing board and hairdryer & vacuum
(4 portable fans one for each bedroom if needed)

There’s private fenced backyard oasis with over head string lighting just outside the back door. Gorgeous botanical calmness secluded brick courtyard patio with dining for 6, Outdoor sectional lounge seating, 2 egg outdoor chairs, and 2 oversized patio chairs. Also a fire pit, propane gas grill and beverage tub.
* There could be some street noise, as the
street runs directly behind the townhouse. The interior is well insulated against noise, but you will definitely hear it on the back porch.
Overall our amenities off you an enjoyable quiet neighborhood & calm backyard.
PARKING
Parking for up to 6 vehicles is readily available on the large flat driveway with easy access In front of the townhouse. No street parking is allowed.

Tajade’s Cozy Living definitely is the perfect name for this humble abode! The attention to detail & accommodations were unmatched. Easy check in process, friendly & responsive host, & the location super close to Auburn University was the icing on the cake. Definitely book this for your next game day weekend or staycation in Auburn! You will be blown away just as me!

This was the easiest thing we have ever done! The house was all what the description was and more! Clean, neat, more than well stocked, plenty of room and made for a wonderful weekend! Wine and cheese welcome baskets!! Easy prompt communication with owners who are very helpful! 10/10 recommend & will book again.
