Welcome to our newly renovated condominium, located just off campus. In under 1 mile, you'll be in the heart of Auburn on Toomers Corner! Another 0.8 mile walk across the beautiful Auburn campus and you'll be at Jordan-Hare Stadium. Let us be your gameday condo!
This spacious condo has been fully renovated in August 2023. We are still decorating, so be on the lookout for updated pictures soon!
Walk right into this ground floor condo, with the added convenience of parking right outside your door and no steps! (2 parking passes provided with the unit) The large entryway welcomes you with a fun tiger rug and Auburn themed decor. To your left is a bedroom furnished with a new King bed and a futon. The private en-suite bath features a vanity and mirror separate from the toilet and tiled tub/shower combo. There is a TV, large closet, and dresser for storing your gear.
The second bedroom features 2 new Queen beds and another identical en-suite bathroom. The blackout curtains will ensure you a restful nights sleep. The living area is comfortably furnished with 2 recliners and a new sofa. The 65" Roku TV can provide you with pre-game entertainment. The attached kitchen features a bar counter with 3 stools, and all new appliances. There is a full sized washer and dryer in the laundry room off the entry way.
Electronic access to the unit is provided via a keypad on the door. Your code will be sent 1 hour prior to checkin.
Walkable to Auburn's campus and the downtown area.
Large parking lot surrounding the complex. 2 parking passes will be provided for the unit. The city of Auburn has free parking nearby for any visitors.
Please note due to the proximtiy to Auburn's campus some of these units are student rentals. This is generally a quiet complex with an onsite resident manager, but we cannot control the actions of others. In addition there are active train tracks in most of Auburn including adjacent to this property.
