Come aboard and get shipwrecked in this nautical-themed harbor home. This 3,500 square ft. home is the perfect place to host your next family vacation!
This home is on a quiet, no-outlet street with no annoying beach traffic. Enjoy our 4 spacious decks and our third floor look-out deck. Watch lobster boats and fishing boats come and go, along with kayakers, paddleboarders, and kite surfers. Soak in the beauty of sunrises over boats while listening to seagulls and piping plovers. Gaze at sunsets full of breathtaking colors that linger long after the sun has set; the colors across the sky also reflect in the glistening, rippling water.
Our home is on Seabrook Harbor and has something for all ages. Low tide is safe for all. On the sandy flats you can build sand castles, fly kites, play beach pickleball, and even practice your golf swing. There is a lot of room to roam and have fun finding hermit crabs, snails, and crabs in the tide pools (please leave them where you find them, they cannot survive out of the water for long). With a fishing license you can enjoy fishing off of the seawall, in the channel, or at the fisherman’s cooperative.
As the tide slowly comes in, children can play and wade in the water and swim safely in the calm current. Once the tide is fully in, enjoy our large float, paddleboard, kayaks (sized for adults and children), and boogie boards. Life vests are also provided for safety. When you need to rinse off, there is a surfboard outdoor shower with both cold and hot water. The adjacent outdoor shed has beach towels for easy access, and the grassy front yard is perfect for your littlest ones to play in when the tide is in.
If waves are what you crave, quiet and private Seabrook Beach is only a straight, 5 minute walk away! Beach chairs and a wagon are provided for use. We are also conveniently located within walking distance to popular local restaurants, as well as Eastman’s Deep Sea Fishing Boats for fishing and whale watching trips. Surfing is allowed at Seabrook Beach, and you can even take lessons through Zapstix Surf Shop. Additional gear rentals are also located within walking distance, as well as paddleboard yoga and other experiences.
If you prefer more action during your stay, Hampton Beach is only a mile away! Hampton Beach is a lively and popular beach location that offers shopping, arcades, restaurants, bars, and live shows. Hampton Beach hosts fireworks every Wednesday night during the summer months. You can walk to their beachfront to enjoy them, or you can comfortably watch them from a distance on our 3 waterfront decks.

This house is beautiful right on the water with the most amazing views, each floor is like its own little apartment with its own deck overlooking the water. I am a clean freak and the cleanliness of this house was top notch. Very short drive to downtown Hampton strip. John was very nice and check in was seamless, even offered an early check in! We will definetly be back!!

I brought my staff (5 women) here to stay because we had a wedding to do in Rye and pricing for rentals in that area are so pricey! When I looked in Seabrook I stumbled on this gem. The pictures do not do it justice, it is awesome. It has four floors, basement is like a mini apartment, perfect place to hide teenage kids or a small family (murphy bed, twin bedroom, foldout couch, kitchen, bathroom). The middle/ main floor is where all the action happens. Great Living room, bathroom, washer/ dryer, awesome kitchen, and a sunroom/ dining room that leads out to the deck with two awesome sitting areas. you can get right down to the sandy beach if the tide is right. The second floor has a kids bedroom with a bunk bed (not comfy but kids wont notice) and couch thing and doors to the second deck! The other bedroom has a beautiful queen bed a slider that leads to the deck and is attached to the bathroom. The top floor "Captains Quarters" is gorgeous with a huge king sized bed, a mini kitchenette, sitting area, tv, futon/ couch thing (not comfortable for sleeping) and an insane bathroom with a soaking tub that looks out onto a deck and a view of the marsh. It also has a second washer/ dryer, a beautiful shower, double sinks and a toilet with a bidet;) IYKYK how great that is. Overall, the house was perfect. The restaurant Tuna Striker is a short walk and absolutely delicious FYI.

This is our second time staying at this house. It’s a perfect location between Salisbury and Hampton to walk around for lunch or shopping. We also enjoyed walking across the street to the beach and to enjoy a cocktail and deep sea fishing on the same road. We had 3 toddlers under 3 plus a 2 month old and there was plenty of space for kids, pack and plays, and keeping them contained and safe on the deck! We loved walking out in the sand during low tide and playing in the “waves” when the tide was coming. Fishing is great right off the deck. We would recommend this place to anyone. John is great and very communicative leading up to our stay!!
