Located at 7 I St, directly next to beach & boardwalk, this 6-Bedroom rental has private covered porch w/breathtaking ocean views, outdoor seating, lighting & private propane grill. Ocean views from some rooms, skylight, 2 full kitchens recently updated w/brand-new granite countertops, 2 washer/dryers in unit, 2 full bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 dining rooms, cable TV & high-speed Internet. Propane tank for grill provided, propane itself can be provided for additional fee. Great vacation house for larger families, reunions or friends. Outdoor shower, grill & picnic area. Two parking space for any size vehicles are included & additional parking may be available for an economy rate, you can inquire at anytime after booking to see what can be arranged. All mattresses will have protectors on them, a few starter rolls of toilet paper are always provided as well as a bath mat however, linens are NOT provided.
Reservations under seven nights may be subject to additional fee.
We allow pets for a one-time pet fee of $150.00 for the first pet, $75.00 for any additional pet. We can host a maximum of 3 pets.

Nice space willed with good vibes and tons of accessories. Clean, quiet, fun. Hampton beach is painful when it comes to parking. large vehicles are not ideal for this rental.

Great spot for a group close to the beach. We came for the Rockfest Half Mararhon and it was perfect for walking to/from the start/finish line.

Property Manager very responsive to our needs. Biggest plus is proximity to the beach. House exterior in serious need of pressure washing- extremely dirty. Plenty of beds. Stove ovens not working. Burners are tricky to turn on. There are fun things to try e.g. massaging chairs, etc. but they suck up space. Kids playing basketball up against our vehicles. Cleaning staff very pleasant.
