This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom gem is highlighted by the gorgeous and spacious interior, tropical backyard with grill, and cozy bonus room with extra large couch - perfect for kids to sleep! The 10 minute drive to Legoland is an added benefit!
The Space:
This home is the epitome of chic bohemian style with its sleek finishes, beautiful wood floors and custom lighting throughout. As you enter, you are welcomed by the large vaulted entryway and classic living room with lounge seating. The living room boasts wonderful natural light through the plantation shutters, and flows seamlessly to the open dining space and family room plus kitchen. In the dining room you'll find a table with seating for 7 and sliding doors that open to the backyard. Then as you walk a little further, there is the large family room which opens to the kitchen. The family room boasts a large flatscreen TV above the ambient fireplace, and cozy furniture offering lots of seating. The dazzling kitchen is fully equipped, featuring an island with barstool seating for 3, stainless steel appliances, and all your cooking and dining essentials. All of the living spaces on the first floor flow seamlessly together so every guest can spread out comfortably, but be together while cooking, dining, relaxing and celebrating. Adjacent to the kitchen, there is a dedicated laundry room with a washer, dryer, and sink. Upstairs you will find all of the bedrooms plus the bonus room. The spacious on-suite primary bedroom has a king bed, flatscreen TV, Peloton exercise bike, shower with glass door, separate large soaking tub, and vanity with dual sinks. Bedroom 2 also has a king bed and ceiling fan, while bedroom 3 has 2 full-sized beds. The upstairs guest bathroom is crisp and clean and can be shared by both guest bedrooms. The bonus media room has a flatscreen TV, ceiling fan, and extra large sofa - perfect for added sleeping accommodations for kids or movie night. We've stayed in the Encinitas / Carlsbad area several times and have always enjoyed it. This property did not disappoint. The location is very central to all the area has to offer, with very easy access to Legoland (5 mins) and I-5. The house itself was better than advertised. It was extremely well stocked with linens / towels / kitchen supplies and it was in excellent condition and very clean. It was in a quiet neighborhood and it came with a huge hot tub, ping pong and darts. It was perfect for our family! The owner was also extremely responsive and helpful.

My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful stay. This home has a fantastic location, it is beautifully decorated, incredibly spacious and well stocked in every aspect. I can't wait to book it again. I highly recommend this home for your San Diego vacation. Also, the management company was very professional and eager to help in every way!!!
