We offer a studio for rent in an area with developed infrastructure. The 41 m2 apartment consists of a living room combined with a kitchen, a bathroom, and a balcony. Everything necessary for life and recreation is available: furniture, appliances, kitchenware, bed linens, and towels. The living room has air conditioning. Spanish TV, wireless Internet. The house has a pool. The area has a well-developed infrastructure: "ALDI" supermarket 250 meters, "Consum" 150 meters. The nearest bar is 100 meters away. The sea and Del Cura city beach are around 1 kilometer. Accommodation option: up to 3 people (no animals allowed!). Smoking is only permitted on the balcony!

The check-in process is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM Monday to Friday and from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM on Saturdays. The check-out is from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Entry or exit outside office hours, on Sunday, weekends, and holidays has an additional charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Saturdays 10:00 AM-3:00 PM, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.
