Studio for three people located 300 meters from the beach!

The studio is spread out over 33 m2 and consists of an entrance hall, a salon, a french-style kitchen, bathroom and a glazed balcony. It is equipped with furniture, all appliances refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, hairdryer, iron, dishes, towels and bed linen. Spanish TV is available. There is air-conditioning. The location of the apartment is close to two beaches, Los Locos which is a 300 meters walk away and Del Cura which is approximately 500 meters. Within walking distance is a hairdresser, a pharmacy, many shops and the local bus stop. There is a supermarket 150 meters away. In the neighbouring streets there are many bars and cafes, where you can relax and spend an evening with a glass of Spanish wine. It sleeps up to three people. Pets are not prohibited and smoking in the apartment is prohibited. There is no English television but almost all the shows and movies on Spanish channels can be seen in the original version (English).
The process of check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.
