About this apartment rental
Lovely newly refurbished 2 bed apartment situated in the heart of Torrevieja. Perfect for families10 minutes (1.5km)stroll to the clean beaches of Torrevieja and 10 minutes to the centre of town and the beautiful marina. There is a bedroom with a new bunk bed which sleeps 2 and 1 double bed in the master bedroom and a new sofa bed in the living room with bedding storage inside. There is a kitchenette adjoining the living room and 1 shower room with no bath. There is also a small balcony to eat breakfast on. The apartment is in town so everything is nearby. The beaches are clean and the water crystal clear and it is warm from April to early November. There is NO lift in the property. Free parking ion the road outside. The pool has limited opening hours.

My partner and i just spent a week in this apartment and would say it suited our needs perfectly. Located near the commercial centre of TorreViaja with all the restaurants and bars, and a short stroll from the beaches.
The flat itself was clean and comfortable with plenty of towels, bedding etc. The modern bathroom and small kitchen were ideal for our needs. I'm looking forward to staying there again.

The apartment was just as addvertised close to shops and beautiful beaches ,bus station everything with in walking distance the apartment was clean with everything you needed clean linen provided and a lovely new washing machine we really enjoyed our stay

The property was nice inside. But the position was on the corner of 2 main roads, one leading to the bus station. Hence the balcony was extremely noisy night and day. The old fashioned hob needs changing to a halogen hob and an electric kettle is needed too.
The pool is gorgeous and the property within easy access to shops and cafes and beach.
Overall we had a lovely holiday. Thankyou.
