The living areas in this third-floor apartment consist of a kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and table for two and a sitting room with Smart TV and Sky Stream and harbour views from the balconies. There is one double bedroom with balcony serviced by a shower room. A parking permit for one car is provided for Zone L. Please note that parking spaces are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Additional pay and display parking available at local car park - just a few minutes walk. Within 0.1 miles there is a shop, pub, the harbour and 0.5 miles a beach. Sorry ,no pets. Sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Explore Dorset from Embassy. Note: There is no lift in this property. Note: There is a step up into the sitting room, please take care. Note: There is limited head height in the kitchen, please take care. Please note: Monarch on the top floor and in some rooms has sloping ceilings. Note: Fayre In The Square (usually late May Bank Holiday weekend each year) and Wessex Folk Festival (usually first weekend of Jun each year. These fantastic free festivals see the harbour and Hope Square closed to traffic. With live music, entertainment and stalls throughout the weekend. The beautiful, golden sand beaches are home to first-rate watersports infrastructure, and fishing expeditions leave regularly from the harbor's charming, thriving centre. It's only a short drive to go to Portland Harbour and the "Island" of Portland, which is connected to Weymouth by the breathtaking Chesil Beach. Dorchester, the inspiration for Thomas Hardy's "Casterbridge," is approximately 7 miles distant, and along the coast you can stop by the Abbotsbury Swannery and Subtropical Gardens. You may also just go to West Bay; the scenery along the Dorset Heritage Coast is breath-taking.

Only disappointment was when making booking, I accidentally booked one day too many, I tried to change this but was not able or allowed to amend this error!Enjoyed the apartment, the location and the views!The welcome pack was a very nice touch.
