Bedroom 1 – sleeps 4 – 2 queen beds
Bedroom 2 – sleeps 8 – 2 queen over queen bunk beds
Bedroom 3 – sleeps 2 – 1 king bed
Bedroom 4 – sleeps 4 – 2 queen beds
IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ:
LINENS: Bring sheets and pillowcases (basic bedding including mattress cover, pillows, and blanket are provided, sheets and pillowcases are not).
TOWELS: Bring bath towels, washcloths, kitchen towels, pool towels (no towels are provided).
PAPER GOODS: Bring paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, coffee filters. Your kitchen is equipped with dinnerware, silverware, drinking glasses, and basic cookware, but you may want to bring paper plates, plastic cups, and plastic ware.

Excellent location. Just 2 minutes from the golf course and 3-4 minutes to the river. Also 2 minutes from house pasture concert venue. Absolutely would stay here again with a big group.
