Apartment is clean and well maintained. It is a nice place to stay and a very central location. I would stay here again. The apartment presents very good value for money. All facilities listed are present.
It would be ideal if there were better cooking facilities such as a small oven or fridge as a microwave is not that useful. However as this is not listed in the facilities I did not expect this, so it did not detract from the experience.

La mia esperienza è stata nel complesso molto positiva! L'appartamento è nuovo e il bagno di recente ristrutturazione. La camera è abbastanza ampia e, anche se non ha un armadio vero e proprio, ha un appendiabiti molto utile. Il proprietario inoltre è stato estremamente disponibile nel soddisfare le mie richieste. In altre parole si tratta di una sistemazione tutto sommato spartana ma essenziale. Tuttavia devo ammettere di essere stata anche molto fortunata perché, durante il mio pernottamento, ero in compagnia di una sola ragazza nel condividere gli spazi in comune.
Bisogna considerare che la struttura potrebbe ospitare fino a 6 persone e in quel caso potrebbe risultare molto scomoda la presenza di un bagno solo (specie se gli altri ospiti non sono puliti quanto te). Mi è un po' mancata la presenza di un frigo per gestire meglio i miei pasti e non essere costretta a fare la spesa tutti i giorni al supermercato o a mangiare sempre fuori.
